Raw Vegan Pecan Chocolate Truffles

This recipe literally takes 5 minutes to make and they are so delicious and healthy.  You can really get creative with and add any number of things.  You could add a liqueur like amaretto, or grand marnier.  You could add flaked coconut or ginger.  Play around with it. They are super yummy.

crazy good brownies (gluten-free)

I made these brownies today from Rebecca Katz’s cookbook The Longevity Kitchen. These were really fantastic! I ate two back to back. The texture is perfect they are a little bit fluffy and the flavor is truly divine. I made just two adjustments to the recipe, here is what I did.
