Some mornings, I crave something a little more decadent than a smoothie or breakfast cereal. There are times when I want something a little richer. Soft boiled eggs are so simple, delicious and comforting. They always come out perfect and only take about 5 minutes to cook.
I developed this recipe to be a part of the Fall Organically Thin Detox. I wanted to do something with onions and cabbage, both great for cleansing during the Autmn months. My brother John came to visit us yesterday. He was driving home from Southampton and stopped at a local farm out east and brought us lots of fresh picked goodies.
