Every “body” wants to thrive, every “body” wants to be healthy.  The beautiful truth is that our bodies, when fueled and cared for properly, have the intrinsic ability to heal itself.  It is my belief that our bodies have the knowledge to heal and repair disease.  Even healing as simple as decreasing inflammation and resetting your weight to what is healthy, and natural for you.  We all have a natural “set” weight, we just have to give our bodies the chance to find it!

We believe in eating delicious food with a purpose!  Foods that not only will make you feel sensational and alive, but will truly nourish your body on a cellular level.  Your body and your spirit will thank you!

Mia is a health coach who received her health coaching certification from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Plant Based Nutrition for eCornell, with T. Colin Campbell, Raw Food Nutrition with David Wolfe.  Mia is not a nutritionist or registered dietician, rather a food obsessed recipe developer and health coach who wants to help you reach your wellness, and weight-loss goals!
