About Me

Back in 2013, my life changed overnight with a breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 42. As a mom with two young children and having just lost both of my parents, I knew I had to find a way forward. I became determined to do everything I could to support my health through food and lifestyle. That commitment led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I trained as a Health Coach, and to my kitchen, where I began creating recipes that were nourishing, satisfying, and simple.

Over the years I discovered something powerful. Eating well didn’t mean deprivation. With wholesome meals and smart habits, I found more energy, better sleep, glowing skin, and a healthier relationship with food. Most importantly, I found a way of eating that felt good and sustainable- a way of living I could share with others.

Today, at 55, I’m navigating the transitions of midlife right along with you. This season brings its own challenges, from changing hormones to bone health to simply wanting to feel like yourself again – and food can be one of the most supportive tools we have. My passion is creating approachable recipes and suggested meal plans that fit real life and help women and men feel their best from the inside out.

I’m not a doctor, and nothing here is intended to treat, cure, or heal. What I share is for educational and inspirational purposes only. Always consult your physician before making changes to your diet or lifestyle.

After a little hiatus, I’m back, still obsessed with food, still inspired to create, and more committed than ever to sharing simple, nourishing meals that bring balance, energy, and joy to everyday life.

With love,
