I finally unboxed my new Instant Pot and have begun to experiment. So now, after my week away, it’s time to repair and harvest what has grown in my garden. Here is my quick lunch for today. I used whatever I had on hand in my garden, fridge and cupboard.
This recipe literally takes 5 minutes to make and they are so delicious and healthy. You can really get creative with and add any number of things. You could add a liqueur like amaretto, or grand marnier. You could add flaked coconut or ginger. Play around with it. They are super yummy.

I developed this recipe to be a part of the Fall Organically Thin Detox. I wanted to do something with onions and cabbage, both great for cleansing during the Autmn months. They are supportive of the lungs and large intestines, two organs we focus on according to Traditional Chinese Medicine this time of year.
